We offer refunds on unopened, unused items in their original packaging within 14 days of purchase. Please email us first for return instructions. Return postage is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty. Sale items are non-refundable unless faulty.

Damaged Products

If your product arrives damaged, please email us a photo within 7 days of receipt. Once we receive your photo, we’ll provide further instructions to resolve the issue promptly.
