Appointment Policies
APPOINTMENT DEPOSITS
To secure your appointment, a possible 50% deposit is required at the time of booking. This deposit is deducted from your final service total on the day of your appointment.
I kindly ask for 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. If you need to cancel for any reason within the 48hr time period you appointment service will be charged in full.
LATE ARRIVALS
We kindly ask that you arrive on time for your appointment to ensure you receive the full service booked.
If you are running late, please let us know as soon as possible. Arrivals more than 10 minutes late may result in your appointment being shortened or rescheduled, depending on availability.
If the service cannot be completed in the remaining time, it will be treated as a late cancellation and the full service fee will apply.
We appreciate your understanding, as this helps us stay on schedule and respect the time of all clients.
I kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to offer your time to another client on my waiting list.
CANCELLATIONS & NO SHOWS
Cancellations made within 48 hours of your appointment will incur a charge of 100% of the scheduled service fee.
If you do not attend your appointment and do not notify us (a “no-show”), the full service fee will also be charged.
